Completion of the plant is scheduled for early 2025
The plant's planned production capacity is 90 thousand units per year; new cars will roll off the assembly line every 2.5 minutes.
Pilot production of cars will start in the first quarter of 2025. The production area will be 200 000 m2.
The enterprise will produce cars by the small-unit method using technological operations for welding, painting and assembly of the car.
Manufacturing facility
The name of the Changan brand in Chinese consists of two characters: Chang, meaning “long-term”, and An, which translates as “safety”. These characters harmoniously reflect the history of the company founded in 1862. Today, Changan is present in 77 countries and the company invests 5% of its total revenue in development, having 9 research and design centers in 6 countries around the world. Each Changan model passes more than 12,400 tests, and the total test mileage is 4,000,000 kilometers, guaranteeing quality for 10 years or 260,000 kilometers of mileage.

The Haval brand, owned by Great Wall Motors, is one of the leading SUV manufacturers in China. Founded in 1984, Haval has become a symbol of high quality and innovative technology in the automotive industry for several decades. Haval is actively expanding its presence in the international arena, supplying vehicles to more than 60 countries. In 2023, the brand opened several new markets, strengthening its influence and recognition worldwide. The company focuses on research and development, investing heavily in this area.

Tank, an SUV brand introduced by Great Wall Motors in 2022, is aiming for global recognition. Since its launch, the brand has already established its position in many global markets by selling more than 70,000 vehicles in the first year in Europe, Asia, Latin America and other regions. Great Wall Motors invests heavily in research and development as well as modernization of its production facilities to ensure the high quality and competitiveness of its vehicles in the global market.
Chery is a Chinese automaker founded in 1997, with sales reaching 1.2 million vehicles in 2023. The brand is actively expanding in the global market.

Chery invests more than 5% of its revenue in research and development, with 10 research centers and 5 design studios. Each model undergoes over 10,000 tests for safety and performance. The brand attracts attention with its innovations, quality, and affordable prices.
